The Acoustic Safety Programme's objectives are to provide employers and employees in the call centre environment with access to the latest research, guidance, training, solutions and support to enable the prevention of acoustic shock and noise related injuries and properly diagnose and treat the symptoms caused by these health hazards.
Part of our organisation focus on medical conditions associated with noise injury and our leading experts in Occupational Health, Audiology, ENT surgery and Clinical Psychology are available to provide advice and clinical services for their usual fees. Normally this service would be paid for by the employer, the union or the representing solicitors.
We can also pass any enquiry or request for support on to a number of personal injury lawyers if required.
